The salt flats were mesmerizing

My family and I had just finished our first 2 weeks in Peru, coming right off our Machu Picchu trek. Everything up until that point had been 3am wake-ups, moving from city to city on PeruHop and lots of walking. After the trek we settled in a little valley in Pisac. It was slow paced, peaceful and tranquil. A day trip took us to the salt flats, and they were mesmerizing! The sun hit them perfectly and it was a sight like none other.
