Finding inner peace on my solo 40th birthday trip

This is one of my favourite photos from my solo 40th birthday trip to Bali and Lombok, taking in the Gilis on a catamaran, which you can see to the centre-left of the photo. The photo was taken from the top of Gili Gede, Gili Layar lies on the right, Gili Asahan ahead and far in the distance is Lombok. The setting sun, the cloud in front and the reflection in the water, framing Gili Layar, takes me back to a time of complete inner peace and I often look at it when I'm feeling overwhelmed to bring me some balance.
