Should you fail to make your outward flight on Qatar Airways for any reason, you're a 'no-show,' and that means they'll helpfully cancel your entire booking. Ouch!

Their great Gulf rival 'Emirates' won't do that, meaning if you do get back on your trip with a new booking, you'll only need to replace the part of the ticket you didn't get to use... if you booked Emirates.
