Not Good. We flew return business class from Edinburgh to China/Beijing with Hainan in October/November, also spending some time in Japan in between. Four days into our trip I received an email in chinese that our flight was cancelled and we had been moved to a flight 7 days after our scheduled return. Communicating with them was brutally difficult but after three weeks we managed to change the return flight but to Manchester a day after our scheduled return. There was no compensation and their expense policy didnt cover all of our outlays and then took two months to receive. The flights were fine etc.. We chose them because they flew direct from Edinburgh but I wouldn't choose them again.
