Here's a few rarely seen destinations thanks to Qatar Airways - Gaborone, Botswana and Durban, South Africa. Botswana is known for its safaris and delta cruises while Durban is a city for soaking up the sun and sea. Johannesburg rounds things off nicely with a small price drop from when we first spotted it. Dates are extensive, though for Botswana, we recommend visiting during the dry season which ends in October.

FYI, Durban and Gaborone both have overnight layovers in Doha on the outbound journey. Qatar Airways do offer free transit accommodation in some cases, so phone ahead and confirm that your journey qualifies. Qatar Airways is currently waiving change fees for bookings up to 30th September 2020. We expect them to extend this policy if travel continues to be disrupted.
