Prague is one of those European cities that just feels like the Old World. I'm not sure if it's all that medieval architecture, that 1,000+ year-old castle standing watch, or all the little reminders of a more mystical era. Where else can you walk through a once-hidden underground tunnel used by alchemists and emperors?
It's also located smack-dab in the middle of the continent, making an excellent hub for a bigger Euro trip. When I was in Prague, I took direct trains to Berlin and Vienna, but Budapest, Munich, and Warsaw are also just one train hop away.
And with these first class routes, you'll be arriving plenty ready to stretch out! A handful of these are 2-stop routes (some cities simply don't have the flights to reach here with one stop) but they follow the short haul > long haul > short haul pattern, so you still get that cushy lie-flat seat on that transatlantic flight :-)
