Nassau really can be a brain-off vacation: Take your non-stop hop, check into your hotel, and let the sand and sea do the rest.
But if you're up for some exploring, you can poke around some of the less touristy corners of the island. Arawak Cay has a cluster of seafood spots with a reputation for being authentically Bahamanian, so you can snack on cracked conch made the local way.
And you can always wash it down with a little John Watling's, fresh from a 200-year-old distillery :-)
Jack's take
We love a quick and easy non-stop, especially with no added carry-on fees. Think of it like a little break from the winter blues.
Our goal is supercharging your travel experiences, that's why you won't find ads or sponsored content in our Flight Guides. We might earn a little commission through Skyscanner links, but our opinions aren't for sale. A Flight only makes the cut because we think it's worth taking.
