Let's see... On one hand, we've got Philly winters.
On the other, January in Cartagena.
We think there's a pretty clear winner here. But hey, maybe you're really big into slush and black ice! That's cool too - you do you.
We're sticking with sloths, beaches, island day trips, and colorful Old Town architecture though :-)
P.S. Don't act like you have to stay in town for a potential Super Bowl parade this February, because we both know the Birds aren't going anywhere without Jalen Hurts. Sorry, not sorry.

We haven't seen Cartagena under $400 in about a year, plus these are peak season dates for the Caribbean Coast.
