Turns out, the world's second-best hiking trail is right here in Türkiye—it's called the Lycian Way. From Fethiye to Antalya, you can ramble along dusty paths passing hidden coves with footprint-free sands, abandoned amphitheatres, and shady pine forests.

Now, before you back away after realising the 540 km distance from start to end, you don't need to trek the whole thing. Just pick a smaller section to tackle and follow the red markers along the route until you're ready to tap out.

For those up for the full 35-day expedition, aim for the winter. The cooler temperatures and fewer crowds will make it waaay more pleasant :-)
