Hello to one of the lowest ever fares to Fiji! Typically one of the most expensive places to fly on earth, we start getting excited if we see these under £900, let alone at these prices. There's only one stopover in Hong Kong too, although the trade-off is that it's a longer one. Getting to the city is quick though, and there's tonnes you can do (or eat!) in an afternoon or you can extend your stay for a few nights and make a bit of your own serendipity :-) FYI, Cathay Pacific currently has a generous unlimited change policy for new bookings, allowing limitless changes to your flight up to a year from the date your ticket was issued, should you need to postpone or change your plans.
