No place Rocks it like Gibraltar.

Just landing on this small enclave is interesting enough - this is one of the very few runways you can walk across!

Once you get there, your eyes will definitely gravitate towards The Rock. It's been called a Pillar of Hercules since ancient times, and the views after climbing it are unbeatable - you might even spot a wild monkey or two!

You can switch it up by going underground too. St Michael's Cave is stunning, and you can even attend a concert in the fabulous Cathedral Cave.

History buffs might want to also check out the Great Siege Tunnels - just be sure you're not too claustrophobic before going :-)

P.S. If you're interested in other freaky runways, check out our 5-minute read about the world's scariest airports!

p.s. We're hiring! We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the engineering team and help us continue to share the love (and the best flight deals) far and wide.
