For a fairly small island (about the size of Connecticut), Cyprus packs quite the punch when it comes to variety. It's most famous for its beachfront party scene, but it's easy to slip away into a more tranquil daydream. Start your day by hiking along coastal bluffs and around blue lagoons, then wander the pale stone streets of hillside villages, then watch the sun set over the water as you sip wine with ancient roots.
