Costa Rica & Belize in $230s-$380s RT

Good airfare deals are always a little short in supply this time of year — airlines love to hoard all the cheap prices in preparation for Black Friday. Luckily for us, they let a pair of tropical trips slip through the cracks!

You probably already know the gist on Costa Rica: rainforests, volcanos, and that peaceful pura vida. They've been leading the charge on tourism in the area, thanks to their solid infrastructure, emphasis on sustainability, and adorable sloths. It's a great "starter" country if you've never been to LatAm (even if their treehouses might ruin you for all other hotels).

Belize is a little lesser known (and a much rarer sight among our flight alerts), but the English-speaking, Caribbean nation has one really big claim to fame — this is one of the best scuba and snorkel spots in the entire world. Keep your eyes peeled and your mask de-fogged, and you might even spot whale sharks or manatees.

So if this is our pre-Black Friday appetizer, we're already seated :-)
