Mauritius is back, baby!
We thought we had it good last month when a rare deal came up to the island, but now the airlines have gone one better with an even bigger price drop + they've extended their coverage to include next year's dry season. We're feeling pretty spoilt right about now.
The best time to visit those white-sand beaches is anytime from May-December, with October bringing the best of both the glorious sun and warm sea temps.
In springtime, you'll also be able to catch tropical plants in bloom when hiking around Mauritius' national parks, gorges and mountains.
Keep an eye out for the humble dodo on your trip. Even though they're extinct, you'll notice a surprising number of them if you pay attention.
FYI, you can only take advantage of Air France's refund policy if you're traveling before the end of June - something to keep in mind when booking.
