Black Friday sales to Europe, Africa & Middle East in $400s-$670s RT

Turkish Airlines is kicking off this day of deals with a monster sale to Europe and beyond!

Below we’ve listed all the routes we think look interesting, but you can use their sale page to find more options. If you don't know which destination you're looking for, it's better to head over to Google Flights and use their 'Explore' tool to search the whole map. 

Here’s the fine print: you’ll want to jump on this one pretty quick because the sale ends midnight Istanbul time, which is 1pm PST/4pm EST. Also worth keeping in mind that this sale doesn’t include the holiday period (mid-Dec to mid-Jan).

You'll notice that several of the long-haul routes have a cheerful 8+ hour layover in Istanbul. Unfortunately, the airline has paused their free tours of the city because of Covid, but you can easily get out and explore a bit yourself.

The airport is close enough to main hotspots like Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar to do a quick-fire tour. Start with a stop to baklava-central to fuel yourself, and end with a kebab or two before you head back to the airport.

FYI, while you can get a further price drop with OTAs, the sale isn't valid unless you book via Turkish Airlines' website. You'll also be able to score unlimited changes that way, so it's a win-win.
