Italy in $450s-$520s RT

I'll keep this one brief because:

a) it's Monday

b) I'm still on my first cup of coffee — meaning I'm only partially sentient 

c) These flights are likely to vanish faster than my motivation before 9am

And while Italy's big-hitters are definitely popular for a reason, cities like Florence and Venice are sadly struggling with overtourism. Good thing you're only a train-hop to some of Italy's most beautiful, and gloriously underrated cities, like Lucca, Arezzo, Vicenza, and Padua.  

Take Vicenza, for example. Basilicas, bridges, palazzos and piazzas, its streets are a stage for anyone who revels in architectural beauty.

Andrea Palladio is the man to thank for your neck ache, a prolific 16th-century Renaissance architect who left no corner of the city untouched.
