Toronto in $190s RT

Ah, the island life. Chilling on a little slice of paradise, cut off from the world. Sun-bathing and watching the waves roll over the sand.

Sounds like... Toronto?

Okay, so Ontario might not be the first place that comes to mind when you think of islands and beaches, but it definitely delivers. The Toronto Island archipelago is just a ferry-hop away from downtown, but it makes the bustling city feel like another planet.

My recommendation? Take either the Ward or Hanlan ferries to one end of the islands, then bike or hike to the other end. It's the best way to see everything, and you'll get to scope out a few beaches before you commit to one.
