This is the first time in my Flight Finding career I'm seeing Australia's flag carrier throw a decent sale — and with peak-summer dates to the West Coast, I thought it'd be nice to let you know!
Now, all the routes from London are served by Qantas, while Manchester's ones are included in the Cathay Pacific sale.
And while scouting for the best fares from the UK to the other side of the planet, we've also spotted these New Zealand fares from Belfast — they come with slightly long layovers, but since it's the first time we're seeing this route under £1k, you may want to hop on them before they're gone :-)
