Calgary & Banff in $140s-$190s RT

Alberta might just be one of the most beautiful places on the planet, but its year-round weather isn't for the faint of heart. Take one peek at Calgary's annual snowfall by month, and you'll understand why "peak summer" is such a big deal here!

If you'll be heading up to Banff, definitely book your accomodations ASAP. Most campsites are already booked for the summer, but I spotted a few with peak dates left. And while the hotels in town still have lots of vacancies, they won't stay that way for long!

Don't fret if you can't find a spot you like — there's more to the Rockies than Banff. Our resident Calgarian Kristi wrote an article packed with tips, including a few alternatives to the uber-popular park that are way less crowded. 

It's good thing every inch of the Icefields Parkway is just as beautiful :-)
