When it comes to "airlines that offer super cheap flights to Asia," Air Canada probably wouldn't be your first guess!

Surprisingly, ol' AC actually flies quite a few long, transpacific routes out of Vancouver. This makes them a pretty sweet option for American travelers, especially if you're coming from a city that doesn't get a ton of Asia deals from local airlines.

And on today's menu? Hong Kong! Best known as a bustling city, but actually — as one blogger puts it — "a megalopolis dropped incongruously into a spectacular national park." 

So spend a couple days admiring the massive engineering marvel that is Hong Kong City (whilst stuffing your face on street food), and then head out into the countryside to hike through jungles and along peaks cresting high above the clouds :-)
