Either way, with some of these flights being the lowest we've ever seen (looking at you, San José), it's time to get your trunks on because it's prime ocean time. 

That means white water rafting in Costa Rica or diving into the Great Blue Hole in Belize, depending on which country you choose. 

Or, we found trips to Guatemala in Easter for a little more—this is where you can see those intricate carpets of sawdust and flowers line the streets during Good Friday and Easter Sunday processions.
