Prague in $450s-$460s RT

A few centuries ago, Prague was the center of the dark arts...

Most places frowned upon alchemists in the 15th and 16th centuries, but not Prague. Emperor Rudolf II was quite taken with their studies and offered them royal support as they attempted to transmute metals and search for the philosopher's stone.

You can still see the remnants of the occult sciences right in town. Check out an underground lab where alchemists actually worked 500 years ago, and walk through the tunnels once used by the Emperor himself. Take a good look at that old bottle on the bookshelf — that's a real elixir made centuries ago.
