Ireland in $440s-$490s RT

Dia duit, from the snowpocalypse! 

Here in Ireland, we're in the middle of a freak snowstorm, or as ye American's would call it "a light dusting".

But sure, we don't see snow here, so naturally, we've taken this as a sign to collectively panic and shut down the entire country — over 8 inches...

Roads? Lethal. Schools? Forget it. Pubs? Don't be daft — they're open if you can get to them.

Rescuing half the village to grab the messages (that's groceries to you). Building a 23-ft snowman when the powers out and delivering milk by tractor. If there's one thing we're good at, it's turning a bit of chaos into craic.

Don't worry — we'll be back to the regular drizzle by the time you board your flight :-)
