Why did the chicken Detour Editor cross the road? 

… For Highlands Coffee, apparently! While Vietnam may rule the roost when it comes to flashy temples and mouthwatering broths, they do lack a little in the zebra crossing/lollipop lady department.

And when Detour Editor Katy touched down on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City last month, she made it her mission to beat this game of IRL Frogger.

Fuelled by copious amounts of Vietnamese caffeine and some JFC-member advice, she mastered the art of power walking across roads, sound tracked by a symphony of scooter horns.
