Welcome to Jack's Language Club! Today's German word of the day is "torschlusspanik," which means "closing gate panic."

It refers to the anxiety you feel when you're running out of time to do something, like rushing to get through a gate before it closes.

For example, you might feel some torschlusspanik about snagging these sweet fares to Germany before the dates run out. And it's true, you might want to hurry if you're flying out of Philly—especially if you want to catch the cherry blossoms in Berlin. 

But don't panik too much, there are always more deals in the pipeline :-)
