But you know what IS as pretty as a picture? A Rhine river cruise. Drifting past storybook castles, snapping pics of half-timbered houses hugging the shore. The crisp autumn air carrying the faint scent of woodsmoke and ripening grapes. 

Or maybe you'll find beauty in the first sip of spiced wine, your mittened hands wrapped around a warm cup as curls of steam rise to meet falling snowflakes under the golden glow of Christmas markets. 

Sure, their language might be a little rough around the edges—but the scenery?
