Famed as the planet's lowest point, the Dead Sea is one of the coolest spots to visit when you're around Amman. With its cleansing mud and waters rich in minerals, it's about as close to a 5-star spa experience you can get just floating :-)

Since accommodation can be a bit pricey around the Dead Sea, check for hotels around the town of Swemeh for the best value. Plus, it’ll mean you can enjoy those pink sunsets IRL.
