Bengaluru in $750s-$780s RT

India is one of those countries that you guys request a lot, so it's always nice to see — especially a rarer city like Bengaluru (AKA Bangalore).

The town might have a techie reputation, but nature's actually pretty close by. Drive just 25 minutes outside the city and you'll be at Bannerghatta National Park: 100 square miles of jungle, including an elephant sanctuary, wild tigers, a zoo, and several ancient temples.

And if it's temples that brought you to India, you'll never be disappointed. Sites here range in origin from the 10th century to the 20th and they all come with enough sculptural intricacy to make your neck hurt from staring upwards.

So whether you've already checked off the major Indian hubs, or if you want your first visit to be a liiiiittle more mellow than the madness of Mumbai, Bengaluru might just be your spot :-)
