Bologna in £30s-£50s rtn

Considering the new laws on food imports from the EU, here are a couple of things you may want to do while in foodie heaven AKA Emilia Romagna…

• Queue for a table and fill your belly with lasagna at Osteria dell'Orsa.
• Tick off a Parmigiano Reggiano tasting —  there are a couple caseifici just outside of Bologna.
• Stuff your mouth with tortellini, whether in brodo or cooked with cream.
• Male sure to enjoy at least one aperitivo with a cold cuts and tigelle board on Via del Pratello.
