May we suggest skipping over-crowded Europe for the 9th least-visited country in the world—the Comoros!
Never heard of them? That's the point! You won't find any tourist traps here, just long sleepy beaches, a handful of hotels and the occasional lemur.
P.S. For something a tiny bit more well-known, we also found some cheap trips to Madagascar if you don't mind travelling over low season.
