Paris at $659 RT

Of course Paris is fabulous—macarons, cheese, croissants, repeat. But hop on a train west, and things start to get very fairytale.

Mont St-Michel rises from the tide like a mirage—stone walls kissed by sea spray, winding alleys whispering stories from centuries past. Sure, by day it’s crawling with tourists, but snag a room on-island when the last tour bus leaves, it’s just you, the rising waters, and that “did I just time-travel?” feeling.

Oh, and the famous salted caramel? It's local—luxuriously rich and unapologetically buttery—and is best enjoyed with a spoon and zero restraint (or slathered on crepes, ice cream, or anything else you could imagine).

Pro move: aim for a super tide. It’s dramatic, moody, and 100% worth missing those Parisian pastries for :-)
