February in Jamaica is reggae month — a celebration revolving around the birthdays of two Jamaican icons: Robert Nesta “Bob” Marley (February 6) and Dennis Brown (February 1). Throughout the month, locals gather for all sorts of cultural events, from street parties, to festivals, and workshops.
