Costa Rica at $484 RT

When we spotted this fare, management nearly flipped their shells — “Costa Rica in the green season? That’s nonsense!”

But hear me out: this is the best time to go wild. Sure, there’s rain, but you’ll barely notice when you’re already dunking yourself under waterfalls, wading through cloud forests, and soaking in hot springs.

Meanwhile, the jungle is alive — literally humming with frogs, monkeys, and birds turning up the volume. The greenery is electric, the rivers run full, and the wildlife shows up like they know you bought a ticket to see them.

And the baby turtles? They’re not waiting for perfect weather. Good luck watching a wave of tiny, flipper-flapping hatchlings sprint to the sea from the office :-)
