Just a short drive from Calgary you'll find tonnes of ski resorts — including Norquay and Lake Louise. Or, you could even witness the legendary Revelstoke’s snowfalls, if you're willing to drive a bit further.

And just when you think you’ve had enough of the Canadian winter, there’s always skating on an icy pond. Even if you never learnt how to pirouette, you can take up the most Canadian of sports. Either way, these views make getting a few blisters worth it :-)
