So you want your Eat, Pray, Love affair in Bali, eh?

Well, here's a tip for you: the island is filled with tourists, and it's slowly losing its magic and soul. Why not skip the crowds and check out Peucang, instead?

Never head of it? Great, that's the point — if only one article pops up on a quick Google search, you know you’re onto something good!

To reach the island, your best bet is to either book an eco-tour from Jakarta, or make your way to the coastal villages of Carita or Sumur, where you can hire a speedboat.
