Asturias, Spain in $400s-$620s RT

Barcelona? More like Bored-celona! Madrid? Been there, Ma-did that. Valencia? Va-yawn-cia!

I could do this bit all day, but you get the idea. Mainstream Spain is old and tired, but Asturias remains fabulous and underrated on the craggy northeastern coast. 

I mean, cities are nice and all, but there's something to be said for small town charm. And all those famous paintings in all those galleries still can't beat the perfect cliffside view.

Oh, and don't worry, there's plenty of history up here too :-)
