The Black Hills at $234 RT

This region might be known for some famous faces, but the best sights were carved by Mother Nature herself! 

Starting below the surface, check out Wind Cave National Park. This cavern system is one of the longest in the world. Explore the drippy tunnels and crystal formations while bison roam the prairies over your head.

Out east you'll find the Badlands! They're actually not "bad" at all — if you like stripey rock formations carved over millions of years. Keep an eye out for these once-nearly-extinct little critters.

And of course, there are the Black Hills themselves: waterfalls, hot springs, distinctive scraggly rocks, and a tower that's just begging for a close encounter :-)
