One of the most sought after seats is Savant. It's got a pretty eclectic menu, ranging from filet mignon stuffed with goat cheese and ginger lo mein. Just be sure to make your reservations well in advance.

La Reine Chicken Shack comes highly recommended by locals. It's an outdoor barbeque dive splashed all over every Reddit thread about St. Croix eats. Turns out Redditors can agree on one thing, and it's Johnny cakes!

For dessert, I've got my eye on Louie & Nacho's — their Creamsicle Crush is basically ice cream in cocktail form :-)
