Once an industrial, grey town, the city went through a revolutionary makeup (so revolutionary, it got its own name!), becoming the buzziest spot for Spanish design, art, and culture.

Not only will you have an endless choice of galleries and museums, but you'll be in for a peculiar culinary journey. The city is known for its popular pintxos: tasty tapas in miniature form unique to the Basque Country — txangurro and felipada are some of my personal fave!
