Scotland & Jersey
in $480s-$530s RT
The theme of today's deal is "opposites," so you guys have some decisions to make.
First up: Spring or fall? The dates are split pretty evenly between the two seasons, so you'll have to pick between spontaneity and patience on this one.
Next: North or south? These destinations are on the far ends of the UK and have totally different vibes.
Up north is Inverness, the biggest city in the Scottish Highlands. You probably already have an idea what the Highlands are all about: Crumbling castles, ancient cairns, and mile after mile of gorgeous rolling scenery. Shakespeare fans might recall Inverness from Macbeth, although the real Cawdor Castle was built centuries after he died. Oh, and there's a certain body of water nearby that you might recognize too...
Down south, we've got Jersey, a ridiculously charming island in the English Channel. And when we say "ridiculously charming," we mean it—The towns are adorable and the seaside views are just terrific. There's some stiff competition, but Jersey might just have the best castle around, thanks in part to some impressively creepy statues. And don't even get us started on the seafood...
Can't decide? Try one in the spring and the other in the fall :-)
