Las Vegas at $77 RT

This is the kind of trip that you book on impulse. If you're planning your time in Vegas, you're doing it wrong!

As a San Diego native and Sin City enthusiast, I am very familiar with the trek between these two cities. Driving isn't so bad, but for a quick getaway? I'll fly every time, especially when Southwest's prices are this cheap. That short flight is like blinking and waking up in another universe!

Just don't let that desert heat scare you too much — I'm a total pansy about hot weather, and I've survived multiple summers in Vegas. Most of the sights are indoors, and you can even travel between hotels without stepping foot outside. Worst case scenario, you're a quick jaunt from a pool that looks like this.

So pack your swimsuit, pick your firework show, and don't think too hard about this one :-)
