It's Mamma Mia time — literally!

Nestled within the overlooked Sporades archipelago, just a one-hour ferry ride from Skiathos Island, lies the verdant heaven of Skopelos.

You may recognise it from this dramatic scene filmed at the Agios Ioannis Kastri Church, located in the northern part of the island.

Now, I spent a couple of weeks in Skopelos last June, and fell deeply in love with its hidden coves, breathtaking rooftops, and crowd-free atmosphere. Obviously, every time a cheap flight to Skiathos appears, the ranting begins again.
