Coffee lovers, listen up! It's not all about volcanoes and beaches around here…

Finca Los Castaños, in the Agaete Valley, is the only traditional coffee plantation in Europe. Coffee farming began here in the 18th century with the introduction of Arabica beans, and today, around 40 farmers continue this tradition.

At the plantation — where tropical fruit is also grown and wine is produced — you can book a tour to stroll around the grounds and, of course, sample the locally grown coffee :-)
