Neon sweatbands and Lycra shorts at the ready, this is the summer for cycling
Thanks to some conveniently cheap long-weekend trips to mainland Europe, you can reach this plethora of paths, just in time for t-shirt weather to kick in.
You shouldn't have a problem finding a rental service over there, but just in case you prefer your own set of wheels, Ryanair charges £60 each way to check-in a bike.
Now, you've just gotta decide which direction to pedal off in. Do you follow these trippy lights into Eindhoven or cruise by the castles in Nuremberg?
Oh, and if you wanted to get extra creative and throw a third mode of transport into the mix, the Eurostar just so happens to be having a lil' flash sale :-)
