Around the US
in $70s-$90s RT
Some trips are complicated. They require months of planning, hundreds of dollars, and a neatly packed suitcase.
These are not those trips!
The theme here is "quick and easy." These are impulse getaways β the travel equivalent of those candy bars by the grocery checkout.
They're all non-stop, and they all have 2-4 day trips over the weekend. So you get a change of scenery without sacrificing more than one or two vacation days (or more than $100 a pop).
Keep in mind that a lot of these routes are with budget airlines, which means no free carry-on. Fortunately, this is the kind of trip where those airlines shine! Whether you're riding BART around the bay, wandering the French Quarter, or catching a show in Nashville, that under-seat luggage space can easily accomodate a weekend's worth of supplies.
So why don't you go ahead and let that impulse control take a break today :-)
