Anchorage in $310s-$400s RT

Anchorage is a pretty neat spot, but if you go to Alaska and stay in the city, did you really go to Alaska?

Your first stop outside of town is Chugach State Park. Take a look at those huge, sweeping green valleys, and you'll forget you're less than 30 minutes from downtown. 

Head south towards Seward for some picturesque waterfronts, dotted with rocky cliffsides and evergreens. The prettiest part of the peninsula is Kenai Fjords National Park, featuring some otherworldly islands poking up out of the water.

Up north, you'll find the most famous scene in the state: Denali. Over 9,000 square miles of stunning land, capped off with the tallest mountain in the country.
