This legendary trail spans 540 km across the coastline of Ölüdeniz to Geyikbayırı near Antalya. But don't panic, we're not suggesting you spend a month on the road. Instead, you can pick shorter sections to suit your ability.

Now the routes do vary drastically, from passing busy beach towns to silent Lycian ruins, but wherever you decide to ramble, it's practically guaranteed to be beautiful. And in case you get lost, just look out for the red and white dashes painted on rocks, trees, and buildings.

If you wanna turn the adventure dial up a notch and save some money, wild camping is entirely legal throughout Turkey. So, you can pitch up a tent wherever you like along the trail, as long as the land isn't privately owned.

And for those that prefer a real bed, you'll find hotels and guest houses throughout the towns and villages.
