Brussels in $440s-$490s RT

In Belgium, you've got to have a meal that would make Dr. Seuss proud — enjoy some mussels in Brussels!

The shellfish are a local delicacy available in literally hundreds of forms, but usually in a bowl with white wine sauce and fresh herbs and vegetables. You'll spot them on menus as moules-frites, and make sure they come with the obligatory beer and fries.
