Great deals to Mexico City are always worth celebrating. But we're doubly excited about this one—it's our first deal to the city's newest airport!

Fun fact: During construction of the new airport, workers uncovered the remains of about 60 Columbian mammoths. That number has since risen to over 600 specimens, making this spot the largest deposit of Ice Age fossils south of La Brea. You can see a bunch of the skeletons for yourself in the airport's Mammoth Museum.

The only downside of landing at Felipe Ángeles is that it's on the outskirts of the city. Luckily, you can take a shuttle from this airport to the main one downtown for only about 30 pesos (around $1.50).
