*Xmas markets* Geneva in $360s-$370s RT from New York

Here's one way to have a smashing good time in Geneva... Atom smashing, that is!

That's right, we're talking about CERN, the world's largest physics lab and home of the coolest high-tech machinery to ever exist. You might have heard of the Large Hadron Collider, an enormous particle accelerator buried hundreds of miles below Geneva, but that's really just the tip of the neutrino at CERN.

You can start by checking out the museum and visitor center, but we highly recommend taking a guided tour if you want to see how the scientific sausage is made. Just get there early since the slots tend to fill up fast.

And if you need a break from all the nerd stuff afterward, take a stroll through the Christmas markets. That's pretty cool too, in a less world-changing way :-)
